WHEN YOU'RE IN A HURRY OR SHORT ON TIME

Just walk in. Our front area is designed with guests-on-the-go in mind. An esthetician can refresh you with a facial in 30-45 minutes. A few extra minutes will allow time for touch-ups such as eyebrow arching, bleaching, and lash tinting. For quick tension relief, try our Quick Shiatsu, a powerful and effective massage treatment lasting 15 to 20 minutes. Then take home your favorite skin care products and cosmetics, which are available at the front counter.

Our spa rooms are designed to help you unwind and relax. Enjoy the stress-reducing effects of the moist heat-steam rooms and shower before or after your massage. Or lounge in the Japanese-style hot tub.

A JAPANESE TOUCH - SHIATSU MASSAGE

Passionate about the virtues of shiatsu, Naoko Esthetics specializes in bringing fatigue relief to people through this ancient tradition. Shiatsu concentrates on the body's vital pressure points, or "tsubo." This form of massage therapy is proven to provide safe and effective relief from a wide range of ailments and fatigue. Guests also can feel increased stamina and vitality within the first few minutes of shiatsu pressure. It is like fresh air streaming through the body, making it easier to breath. Our signature massage combines the shiatsu technique with more conventional Swedish massage. Guests can choose among 60, 75, 90 or 120-minute sessions.

NURTURE YOUR BEST LOOK WITH A PROFESSIONAL FACIAL

Regular visits to an cosmetologist for facial treatments can help prevent premature aging to some degree. Our facials are designed to alleviate skin conditions such as blackheads and dilated pores. At the same time, our therapists keep deep relaxation in mind as they work with your skin. The result is fresher, smoother, and firmer look. We offer facials to people of all skin types. For first-time guests we perform a deep-cleansing facial starting at 60 minutes. Guests with acne or rosacea can take advantage of specialized treatments starting at 75 minutes.

If you have frequent facials and are looking for something a bit more advanced, we offer Sothy's Institute Treatment. This 90-minute care is matched to your specific skin type.

FIVE ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS: PHYTOBIODERMIE

Phytobiodermie is a unique method of acupuncture that uses light therapy and other methods instead of needles. Treatments based on Phyto 5 product bring visible results to the face, body and scalp. The products are modeled after the 5 elements of nature: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Phytobiodermie is available for facial or full body treatments.

COLON HYDROTHERAPY BY NAOKO VOLD

Colon hydrotherapy uses water to flush wastes from the lower colon. The technique also is known as colonics, colon irrigation, or a high enema. A soothing flow of warm water is instilled gently into the colon through a nozzle inserted into the rectum. The flow cleanses (evacuates) the contents of the lower colon. Every effort is made to make the session a comfortable and positive experience, with the client draped at all times. An FDA-registered medical device with a disposable tube for hygiene is used during the procedure. The treatment takes approximately an hour.

Guests might desire colon hydrotherapy to alleviate conditions including fatigue, diarrhea, indigestion, weight problems, constipation, skin problems, headaches, bad breath, body odor or memory loss.

IONIC FOOT DETOX -- A THOROUGH FOOT BATH

This water bath helps your body cleanse itself of wastes and heavy metals that build up in many parts of your body. It uses low-level electrical current to extract contaminants. The feet have very large numbers of pores through which wastes escape. This bath, combined with reflexology (pressure point foot massage) aims to leave you revitalized, head to toe!
